Diet plans are very common among people all across the world, especially among all those that are willing to lose weight. It is a very convenient method to adopt, rather than to go to the gym all the time or exercise, because people usually have very heavy work schedules and are not able to find time enough to give to their bodies.

Every other day diet plans suggest that people keep off the fat and not the food, and thus can eat whatever they want and still lose weight at the same time. The famous author Joe Benson has also come up with an entire guide that consists of a number of recipes of healthy foods that people can cook without any hassle at home, as well as an entire manual about exercise routines to follow.

Of course, everyone knows that a diet plan menu consists of healthy food. However, the every other day diet plan menu is different because not only does it consist of foods that have less calorie intake but also have fatty and oily food that people often like and consume.

It is not true that people have to stay fat if they want to continue eating foods of their choice. An Every other day diet plan menu would suggest that people stick to eating fruits and healthy vegetables like spinach, broccoli, carrots, peas, along with wheat based products, obviously consumed in minimalistic amounts on the first day. On an alternate or second day, people can eat foods like burgers, pizzas, ice cream etc, food that is often called ‘comfort food’, in order to take in more calories so that the body metabolism is tricked into burning more fat by not adjusting to the constant fat burning capacity.

Therefore, the every other day diet plan menu has proven to be really effective and keeps people happy as well.
